Resume Ink-Wasters



Whether you're just starting school, or shaking off that grad-party hangover, every student should keep their resume updated.
This article outlines five irrelevant point to leave out of your resume. Save that real-estate for things that will convince hiring managers that they need you, not the other way around. Avoid ink-wasters like outlining your objective because the employer already knows you're looking for a job, and "references upon request" because what are you going to do, tell them no? Keep it on your cover letter.
